Pets in the City Hires New Customer Experience Team

Pets in the City hired Charles DSouza and Gian Carlo as its new Customer Experience Team.

At the JLT-based company, DSouza will work closely with PITC’s management to focus on consumers’ experience of, in-store as well as mobile, pet grooming with the company. 

DSouza brings over 7 years of Customer service experience from MNC’s to his new role. His knowledge of quality standards, priority management and teamwork ensures DSouza will be successful at the tasks at hand.

Carlo hails from the retail industry and this made him the perfect candidate for Pets in the City store that carries a range of pet food brands and accessories. Carlo has a great way working with dogs and cats so it was only natural that he is part of new Customer Experience team.
